Engineered Roof trusses , 5/8” T&G OSB sheating, tar paper, asphalt shingles with 25 year warranty. Ridge vent (Core-a-vent). Ice and water shield.
ROOF OVERHANG
36” roof overhangs; soffits finished in T&G cedar, round soffit vents. 1”x 8” cedar finished fascia boards.
WINDOWS
Bonneville vinyl windows, Low - E (argon gas filled), complete with screens and 1”x4” eastern white cedar trim, on the exterior only.
ENTRY DOORS AND PATIO DOORS
36” prehung Steeldoor,1x4 cedar outside trim.
